"Super easy to get to"
The store was close by, which made it a really easy stop for me, and I was in and out, without any hassle.

"Nice vibe, just a little crowded"
I’ll give the store credit where it’s due, it had a really nice, warm feel when I walked in. The boots were displayed well, and the lighting made the place feel cozy without being too bright or harsh.
That said, it did get cramped once more people came in, and it was a little hard to move around comfortably. The music was also a bit louder than I’d prefer. Overall, I think the atmosphere was decent and the store definitely has its positives, but it wasn’t quite as relaxing as I hoped

The shoes came in a neat-looking box and were wrapped really well. One corner of the box was a little crushed, but everything inside was totally fine. Overall, I’m happy with how it arrived.

"So many boots, totally fine, I'm calm"
I was not expecting Freebird to have that many boot styles. Like, totally calm about it, but I kept finding colors and cuts I don’t really see anywhere else. Ended up with a few favorites quickly, and yeah, I’m happy with it.

"Good boots, but breaking them in was a pain"
I’ve had my Freebird boots for about 7 months now, they’ve held up well. I wear them a few times a week, either going out or sometimes to work, and the soles are still solid with no peeling or loose stitching or any of that annoying stuff. The leather has picked up some scuffs, but I actually think it makes them look better. My only complaint is that they were so stiff at first and rubbed my heel, which was seriously frustrating for a while. Once they broke in, they were fine, but getting there was not fun.

I had a solid experience using freebirdstores.com. The site loaded quickly, and I was able to find the boots I wanted without having to dig through a bunch of random pages.
The filters made sense, the photos were actually helpful, and checkout was simple. that’s all you really need from an online store, so I’d use it again.

"Pretty much exactly what I expected"
I ordered a pair of Freebird boots they looked just like they did online. Compared to some other brands I’ve tried, where the color or leather can look totally different in person, these were really accurate. The color, leather finish, and sizing details all matched the description, so there weren’t any annoying surprises when they arrived. I was a little hesitant to buy boots online, but this worked out well. I’d order from them again.

I ordered my boots and they got here way sooner than I expected, which was nice. I definitely was not refreshing the tracking a bunch or anything... totally calm about it. The updates were easy to follow, the box showed up in good shape, and delivery was smooth overall. No complaints from me...

I got a Freebird gift card for my sister and it was simple overall. It came through without any real hassle, and she was able to use it just fine. At the same time, I wouldn’t say the email was super clear — it worked, but it looked a little confusing at first. So I guess I was happy with it, even though I also think it could be a bit more polished.

Freebird shoes have that worn-in leather look I really like. Kind of edgy, but still easy to wear with jeans or a dress. Some styles are a little too much for me. But lots of good options. 4 stars.
